after the 12km run on Sunday.
i keep jogging on Mon, Tue, and Wed
Mon - 4km - 25mins 30secs
Tue - 6km - 35mins 27secs
Wed - 4km - 24mins 59secs
hmmmm....if no OT tomorrow, i will go jogging again.
What can do? Burn FAT ma!

hey! u could join the Penang Bridge International Marathon run on this coming 16th Nov.
Edward, my dad n his frenz are going to the Penang Bridge run.

2008 Year end don't have much marathon left, so stay tune for next year 2008, more exiting and fun race going to come.

Ahya, my leg injured ma. Now walk also can't walk properly neh.
But since my body immune & recovery system so good, next week i can start my recovery run jor, i think.
