last Tuesday.. went swimming again..
try to cover more distance to shacked away all d FAT in my body..
finally.. completed 1000m of Breaststroke & 1000 of Free Style. (my Personal Best..haha..last time d best is 1000m Breaststroke & 600m Free Style ny)
2000m...!! proud huh..LOLX..jk
hope can do better better n better..
but tat day after swim, i felt dizzy. mayb too hungry o tired o wat.
rest on my bed after cm bck frm swimming pool. fall asleep after tat.
wake up at 1am+ without taking my dinner.. omg.. fall sick??? having my dinner v pa, ma, & my bro at mamak at 2am.. @.@

yesterday..Thaipusam..hv 2 work oso..
after finish work. went swimming again..haha
but, jz 1000m of breaststroke & 200m of Free Style.. poor.. but, quite tired oso la..

2day.. OT till 8.30pm. so, no swimming .
went pasar malam alone. long time din go ad.. bought Roti John, Chicken Burger, & 'Vadee' ... OMG.. wan keep fit but buy so much ?!! n 1 more thing.. Cendol.. omg omg.. fat fat fat... ~~~~

第一次 在这公司领到工钱 （哈哈...有钱买新衣了）[[12月的工钱，1月18号才拿到！！ haizzzzzzz]]

第一次 那么‘赌懒’！ 因为10点半放工，公司的巴士11点25分才到.. [[人生中的55分钟就被那个没有责任感的巴士司机给浪费掉了！！]]
第一次 没得进外婆家取我的摩托，因为他们都睡了..
第一次 要表舅来载我回家
第一次 12点多才到家..累死了..明天还有后天都要加班！！ [[6点要起身了..拜六和礼拜都要做！！]]

Sunday. 6th Jan 2008
Sunday, my only rest day per week.
do NOTHING except online.. sigh
went swimming again.. rch thr 7pm sharp. =)
my plan b4 start swim- at least 1000m for Breaststroke & 500m for Free Style.

ok... finished 1000m of Breaststroke first..itz all ok.. jz sumtimes my lane get blocked by sum ppl tat jz playing in d pool..geram la sumtimes..coz thy should play at d side, but not in d middle of swimming lane..
continue with Freestyle after tat.. finished 500m, itz OK too... still got time.. so, i swim 2 more rounds (100m)..itz tired..so, i get out frm pool b4 d bell rang..
so, it means i covered 1600 meters!! hehe!
1000m Freestyle & 600m Freestyle.
weeeeee~~ i did it! i did it!!!.. haha.. last Sunday jz covered 1450m.
hope can get to swim nxt Sunday with more coverage..

coz Mr.Lai hv to attend sum1's wedding dinner. itz fun to take d same bus going bck v my colleague (normally thy went bck earlier thn me.)

going botanic to hv a jog v Ah Pang. but itz raining..
luckily d rain stop at 6pm. 6.15pm..meet Pang thr v his frenz-Lion. (ex-dato's student, saw him b4, but duno him)
so now.. hv 1 more new frenz. =)
completed 1 n a half round of Botanic garden. itz 4km+ i think...
long time didn jogging d..(completed KL Half Marathon (21km)b4 . ^^ )
luckily stil can catch up to their speed. =)
sweating a lotz n muscle like going to cramp.. but i still managed to finish it without stop.. =)
Lion finished 1st, Pang 2nd, im 3rd ..oso d LAST. muahahahhahah! (jz 20seconds behind. itz ok laaaaa...haha.. i will beat thm soon..kaka)
hv a 300m walks n chit chat.. thn do sum stretching thr..
nice run for 2day..thanks guyz.. =)

Swimming

eveyday OT till 8.30pm..itz tired..n im not driving to my working place anymore, i take company bus..so, hv 2 wake up early to get d bus n reach home late..sigh
bath, take dinner, read newspaper, n on9..itz 1am dy.. hv 2 wake up at 6am.. dui... working 11 hrs per day (whole day standing) n only slp 5hrs.. wonder hw long i can tahan.. haha

2day, finally i hv time to go swimming.. i went for 7pm till 9.15pm 1.
whn i gt my ticket n went in, i realize i forgot to bring my swimming trunk. >.<
wat d ****... hv 2 go bck n take it...
completed 1000meter of Breaststroke & 450meter of Freestyle..(actually i wan to finish at least 500meter for free style..unfortunately , the bell rang.. >.< ) quite tired ..coz 1months+ no swim d.
Tomorrow......working day gahhhhhhhhh.... sum of my colleagues get holiday frm 30th Dec till 3rd Jan. 5 days man!! but, hv to cut 3 days of annual leave or get 3 days of unpay leave.. haha nvm.. work la thn.. wont rugi RM150+. haha n i can go bck at 5pm 2moro..^^ hopefully still can make it to Sg.wang to countdown for 2008! so... wishing every1 HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
